  • Teach combinations 1 – 5 with leg curl holding patterns

  • Split in half with holding patterns ie 1R – 2L – 3R – 4L – 5R

  • Then take out the holding patterns to have your final routine ie 1R – 2L – 3R – 4L – 5R
